Located in Dhaka, this luxury residential interior uses bespoke PVC wood laminates and integrated LED lighting arrays to visually expand the 3,200 square foot floor plate, improving natural light dispersion by up to 25%. Handcrafted terrazzo stone features and raw cement plaster finishes introduce a rich tactile layer that offsets the clean minimalist furniture profiles. The layout was carefully reorganized to separate private bedrooms from active guest hosting areas, creating distinct zones that enhance family privacy.
