Re-envisioning the neighborhood commercial hub, CSD Mohakhali DOHS blends rustic industrial materials with traditional vernacular architecture. The department store and dining complex is anchored by textured red-brick masonry walls and a pitched timber roof showcasing exposed clay ceiling tiles. Flowing from a cozy interior dining hall detailed with patterned tile-top tables and a wooden mezzanine staircase, to an outdoor brick veranda lined with large gridded steel windows, the design establishes a warm, tactile, and highly inviting neighborhood sanctuary.
