Shopno Koli BYWhite is a luxury residential masterpiece designed by WHITE Design Solutions in 2024. Located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, this multi-family sanctuary utilizes structural minimalism to optimize spatial efficiency, providing a 30% increase in natural ventilation and daylight penetration compared to conventional residential layouts. Built with exposed concrete hollow blocks, the structure provides high thermal insulation, effectively reducing indoor temperatures by up to 3°C. Custom CNC-carved stone face facades and premium PVC wood laminates establish a warm, tactile contrast against the clean monochromatic concrete surfaces, while precise key pointing brickwork masonry lines define the spatial transitions of the private residential quarters. According to lead architect Aminur Rahman, 'We designed Shopno Koli to explore the sensory dialogue between architectural precision and raw physics, creating a structural statement that stands the test of time.'
